Hence, we will not be responsible for the item after we have delivered. All items that are bought through Natural Body Jumpstart will not be exchangeable / returnable / refundable due to unsatisfactory but limited to defects / size / item error which final decision is made / approved by our management for an exchange.
Should you find a damaged/defected/incorrect item upon receiving your parcel, kindly write in to us at email@example.com or whatsapp to our customer service 017-2448239 within 36 hours based on the delivery date together with some attachments (please refer to the Frequent Asked Question page, Q10), for us to further investigate on the issue before returning the item to us.
To return items for exchange, kindly contact our support team for further assistance. All returned items must be in its original conditions (unused, unaltered, tag intact if there is tag). Our Return & Exchange department will get back to you once we have received and process your returned parcel. For item exchange, turnaround time will take approximately 7 to 12 working days. Otherwise refunds in credit form into store credit will take approximately 3 to 5 working days.
Note: Customer who wish to have item exchanged are required to sent to any pos office nearby with the detail listed as below and Natural Body Jumpstart will cover the cost to sent back. As for wrong item delivered by Natural Body Jumpstart, do sent back to any pos office nearby as well and Natural Body Jumpstart will bear the full shipping cost for sending back to you.
